Quantification Pty Ltd draws on senior leadership experience delivering underground development and production support for a gold operation in Western Australia. The scope included early-stage underground project establishment, operating system development, ground control implementation and drill-and-blast optimisation. The work involved creating underground governance processes including Mine Safety Management Systems, operational procedures, productivity tracking systems and contractor management frameworks.
